At WildBall we want your gear to reach you quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we ship your orders.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Times & Rates
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
- Expedited Shipping: Faster options are available at checkout where eligible.
- International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your package on the carrier’s website.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.
