We want you to love your WildBall gear. If something is not right, our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unworn and in the same condition you received them.
- Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, cosmetics (including lip gloss) and other personal-care products cannot be returned once opened or used unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Start a Return
Email support@wildball.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will respond with return instructions within 24 business hours.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email support@wildball.com.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
